here are the following rules and reccomendations for everyone attending the conference:

1. Mask use is compulsory on all the campus.
2. Respect the safety distance (2m) between people. There'll be marked seats on the conference venue to sit.
3. Sanitize and wash your hands frequently. There are several gel dispensers available on campus.​
4. The coffee breaks and lunches will take place at a designated space reserved for the conference participants, registered attendees and committees. 
   
5. Elevators can only be used one person at a time. Please give priority to any person with disabilities, pregnant, senior citizens and cargo transportation.
6. If you have any question, just contact one of the conference support team that will be available to assist you.​
